Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in quantum computing, neural interfaces, and decentralized AI systems
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Present technology roadmaps to executive leadership and investors with data-driven insights
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget allocation for experimental technology projects
- Build and lead a high-performing innovation lab with 15+ technical specialists
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of launching at least two disruptive technologies to market
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AI governance, or sustainable tech frameworks
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex technological ecosystems
- Experience securing patents and managing intellectual property portfolios
- Strong financial acumen for technology investment analysis and ROI modeling
- Certification in emerging tech (e.g., Quantum Computing Specialist, AI Ethics) required
