Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research on emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration)
- Partner with C-suite to align tech strategy with corporate vision and investor expectations
- Build and manage a network of innovation partners and academic institutions
- Conduct scenario planning for technological disruption and regulatory changes
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech
- Proven track record in transforming R&D into market-ready solutions
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI governance, or sustainable tech
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business required
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or strategy journals
