Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives, aligning with business objectives
- Identify and assess emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, spatial web) for market viability
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to position Nexus as an innovation leader
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Manage vendor relationships and partnerships in emerging tech ecosystems
- Drive innovation through hackathons and internal R&D programs
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum computing)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products with measurable market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical concepts
- Strong stakeholder management experience across executive, technical, and investor audiences
- Certifications in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CIMP) preferred
- Portfolio showcasing past tech strategy implementations required
