Responsibilities
- Architect and implement the 2026 technology innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neural interfaces) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical teams on strategic priorities
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for next-gen automation solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage a $5M innovation fund for pilot projects and technology incubation
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record scaling disruptive technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., quantum, AGI, biotech)
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology Management preferred
- Experience securing $3M+ innovation budgets
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and systems architecture
