As a key member of our R&D leadership team, you'll collaborate with quantum computing specialists, AI ethicists, and sustainable energy pioneers to shape our 5-year technology horizon. You'll lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and scale breakthrough solutions while ensuring alignment with our sustainability and ethical AI principles.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, synthetic biology) to identify 2026 market opportunities
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps with 18-36 month implementation horizons
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI measurement
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ innovation portfolio with risk mitigation protocols
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify acquisition targets
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies to market
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Experience with technology foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, scenario planning)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong financial modeling skills for tech ROI assessment
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) preferred
- Published thought leadership in future technologies
