Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech (quantum, AI, Web3)
- Proven track record of launching enterprise-level innovations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong financial acumen with experience in R&D budget management
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and technology roadmapping
