Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, biodegradable electronics)
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs for cutting-edge technology exploration
- Present technology forecasts and investment recommendations to the Board of Directors
- Oversee the development of ethical frameworks for emerging technologies
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, tech scouting, and patent strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record in launching breakthrough technologies with $100M+ market impact
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, nanotech, synthetic biology)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Executive presence with ability to influence C-level stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
