Responsibilities
- Architect and prototype next-gen systems in quantum AI and biocompatible interfaces
- Lead cross-functional sprints to develop scalable solutions for 2026 market demands
- Conduct horizon-scanning research in emerging technologies (post-quantum cryptography, synthetic biology)
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems with societal impact
- Collaborate with policy councils to shape technology governance standards
- Mentor innovation teams in rapid prototyping methodologies
- Present breakthrough concepts to C-suite and venture partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 5+ years
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least 3 future-tech domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or synthetic bio
- Proven track record shipping breakthrough products (e.g., AI models, quantum algorithms)
- Fluency in Rust, Python, and quantum programming languages (Q#)
- Experience with ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Portfolio of open-source contributions to future-tech repositories
