Responsibilities

- Manage $2M+ annual R&D budget across 3-4 breakthrough projects
- Mentor junior researchers and publish whitepapers in IEEE/ACM journals
- Establish industry partnerships with NASA, MIT, and global tech consortiums
- Present findings at Davos, CES, and World Economic Forum summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field (Master's + 10 years experience)
- Proven track record shipping AI/quantum products at scale (Fortune 500 startup experience)
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains: neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology, or spatial computing
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent peer-reviewed journals
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit/Cirq)
- SEC-level compliance and cybersecurity governance experience
