Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping next-gen solutions (Web4.0, AR/VR ecosystems)
- Establish strategic partnerships with quantum computing labs and AI research institutes
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 3-7 year adoption windows
- Architect ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and decentralized networks
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget across 3-5 strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 scale
- Proven track record launching products with 10M+ user adoption in emerging tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Certification in Emerging Technology Management (ETM) or equivalent
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, decentralized AI
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or ACM journals on future tech trends
- Experience scaling tech teams across 3+ international innovation hubs
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and scenario modeling frameworks
