As a key member of our executive leadership team, you will identify high-impact technologies, evaluate their feasibility, and spearhead their integration into our core product ecosystems. You will work closely with R&D, Product, and Engineering to ensure we are not only ready for the future but actively shaping it.

Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the long-term technology roadmap, specifically targeting capabilities and standards for the 2026 timeframe.
- Conduct rigorous market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Advanced Robotics) that could disrupt our industry.
- Evaluate the feasibility, ROI, and implementation risks of new technologies, presenting strategic recommendations to the C-suite.
- Collaborate with engineering leads to design scalable architectures that support future growth and innovation.
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, tech startups, and research labs to stay ahead of the curve.
- Drive the adoption of new tools and methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous innovation across the organization.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in a strategic technology role, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of successfully defining and implementing technology roadmaps for complex organizations.
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trends, including AI, Machine Learning, Blockchain, and Cloud Computing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of influencing cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
