Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to assess market viability and strategic alignment
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps for product development and business expansion
- Lead cross-functional initiatives integrating cutting-edge solutions into core offerings
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board of directors
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory shifts affecting our industry
- Mentor innovation teams and foster a culture of calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or C-suite tech leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong financial acumen with experience in tech ROI modeling
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
