Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions in AI ethics, decentralized systems, and climate-tech
- Establish strategic partnerships with quantum computing labs and academic research institutions
- Quantify ROI of emerging technologies through predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and Board of Directors on tech disruption risks/opportunities
- Mentor a team of 8+ engineers and product managers in emerging technology adoption
- Author annual 'Tech Horizon' reports influencing industry-wide 2026 technology standards
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with demonstrable impact on 2020-2025 tech adoption cycles
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI governance, or sustainable architecture frameworks
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives from concept to $50M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, MIT Tech Review, or similar tier-1 publications
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from Singularity University) or equivalent
- Experience securing federal/state grants for emerging technology R&D programs
