Responsibilities

- Develop 3-5 year innovation roadmaps aligned with global sustainability and digital transformation trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling breakthrough technologies
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology strategy with business objectives
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting future tech adoption landscapes
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology ROI and innovation impact
- Curate partnerships with academic institutions and startups for cutting-edge R&D
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field; PhD preferred
- 12+ years experience in emerging technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of scaling technologies from concept to market impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience developing global technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication abilities
