Responsibilities
- Lead the research and development of proprietary machine learning algorithms tailored for the 2026 technology stack.
- Design, train, and optimize deep learning models using PyTorch and TensorFlow to solve complex, real-world challenges.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to integrate research models into scalable production environments.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI models to ensure accuracy, security, and ethical compliance.
- Stay at the forefront of global AI trends, publishing research papers and presenting at major industry conferences.
- Mentor junior data scientists and researchers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Define the technical roadmap for AI integration in future product lines.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in research roles within top-tier tech companies or leading academic institutions.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and GPU acceleration libraries (CUDA).
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision.
- Demonstrated experience with large-scale distributed training and model optimization.
- Experience with quantum computing concepts or hybrid classical-quantum machine learning is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
