Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum error correction codes tailored to superconducting qubit architectures.
- Develop quantum algorithms for optimization, simulation, and machine learning applications.
- Translate theoretical research into production-ready software libraries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum modules into hybrid classical-quantum systems.
- Mentor junior researchers and conduct technical reviews to maintain high engineering standards.

Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on quantum computing.
- 5+ years of experience in algorithm development, with a strong preference for candidates with direct quantum computing experience.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and Qiskit or Cirq.
