Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive technology roadmaps targeting 2026+ market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen tech solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage innovation budgets and resource allocation for future-facing projects
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry thought leaders
- Document strategic insights and publish thought leadership in tech publications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-focused technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Expertise in foresight methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi technique)
- Exceptional data analysis and predictive modeling skills
- Strong communication with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with agile development and rapid prototyping environments
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation journals
