- Drive innovation through hackathons and cross-disciplinary collaboration
- Present strategic vision to investors and industry stakeholders

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech products
- Strong background in ethical technology frameworks
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with sustainable technology implementation
