Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions including quantum applications and AI-human interfaces
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 5-10 year commercialization potential
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech incubators
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Drive sustainable technology integration across all product lines
- Mentor emerging talent in future-focused skill development
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in technology foresight, R&D strategy, or emerging tech commercialization
- Proven track record in launching at least two disruptive technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems and research communities
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and investment committees
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., CFIP) preferred
