Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential (2026-2030)
- Develop strategic roadmaps for integrating quantum computing, generative AI, and spatial computing
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align tech initiatives with business objectives
- Build and lead cross-functional innovation teams of engineers, designers, and domain experts
- Present strategic recommendations to investors and board members with compelling data narratives
- Monitor global tech policy developments and assess regulatory impact on innovation
- Drive R&D partnerships with leading universities and research institutions
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record launching breakthrough products with $50M+ market impact
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, or extended reality
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical concepts
- Experience building and scaling high-performing technical teams
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Deep understanding of tech commercialization and venture capital landscape
