Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market predictions
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing and decentralized AI
- Develop ethical AI governance frameworks for global deployment
- Partner with C-suite to translate tech strategy into revenue opportunities
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused execution
- Present strategic insights to Fortune 500 clients and investors
- Build and lead a cross-disciplinary innovation team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science or Business
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or conferences
- PMP or TOGAF certification preferred
- Experience scaling tech teams from 10 to 100+ members
- Fluency in English with Mandarin or German a plus
