Responsibilities

- Lead integration of quantum-classical hybrid computing systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit coherence and error correction
- Create blueprints for quantum-resistant cybersecurity frameworks
- Present quantum roadmaps to C-suite executives and government partners
- Mentor quantum engineering teams in cutting-edge methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 8+ years experience)
- 5+ years designing quantum computing architectures or algorithms
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience with superconducting, photonic, or topological qubit platforms
- Track record of securing $1M+ in quantum R&D funding
