Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable machine learning infrastructure for the 2026 Horizon Initiative.
- Lead a team of data scientists and engineers to implement advanced deep learning models.
- Optimize neural network performance for real-time processing on edge devices.
- Establish best practices for model training, validation, and deployment pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure ethical AI compliance and data privacy standards across all projects.
- Conduct research into emerging algorithms to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and C++.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and MLOps.
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision is a plus.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
