Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and AR/VR ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis for emerging tech trends
- Design ethical frameworks for responsible AI deployment and quantum integration
- Secure strategic partnerships with research institutions and Fortune 500 enterprises
- Present technology strategy to investors and board members quarterly
- Mentor junior strategists and build an innovation culture across departments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, technology consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum initiatives (VC funding or enterprise deployments)
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (e.g., neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in futures forecasting methodologies
- Experience presenting to C-suite and non-technical stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating technology strategy implementation results
