Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 3-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints integrating AI, IoT, and sustainable tech frameworks
- Secure and manage $5M+ annual innovation budgets through stakeholder negotiations
- Develop patent portfolios and IP strategies for emerging technologies
- Partner with global R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic visions to executive boards and investor forums
- Mentor innovation teams and cultivate startup partnerships
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record scaling innovation initiatives to $10M+ impact
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, biotech convergence, or sustainable tech
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Executive-level stakeholder management across global organizations
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals
- PhD or Master's in Technology Strategy, Engineering, or relevant field
- Proficiency in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
