Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (2026-2030 horizon) to identify disruptive opportunities and market risks
- Develop cross-functional technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Present future-vision frameworks to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Oversee R&D initiatives for next-gen technologies including quantum AI and biotech integration
- Establish KPIs for innovation adoption and ROI on futuristic tech investments
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products/services
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Engineering (PhD preferred)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Forecasting
- Experience scaling tech initiatives from concept to global deployment
- Presentation skills for executive audiences with 50+ audience experience
