- Establish KPIs for emerging tech adoption including blockchain, AR/VR, and bio-integrated systems
- Present strategic briefings to stakeholders on future-proofing infrastructure and workforce
- Drive R&D initiatives in sustainable tech and human-AI collaboration frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 3+ years in future-tech roles
- Expertise in forecasting tech trends beyond 2025 (quantum, AGI, neurotech)
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives from concept to $100M+ impact
- Certifications in strategic foresight, emerging tech, or innovation management
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Experience with scenario planning tools and horizon scanning methodologies
