Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to ideate future product concepts
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify strategic opportunities
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to C-suite executives
- Manage R&D partnerships with academic institutions and startups
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through pilot programs and proof-of-concepts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Proven track record of translating technology trends into business value
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Experience presenting to executive stakeholders and boards
- Strong network within tech innovation communities
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, CIMP) preferred
