Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating futuristic technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, metaverse integration)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive innovations with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Present strategic roadmaps to stakeholders with data-driven ROI projections and risk assessments
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers to accelerate innovation cycles
- Mentor junior strategists and establish best practices in future technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, decentralized systems, or neurotech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with a focus on innovation
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystems and venture capital
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Assessment preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
