- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough opportunities in sustainability, automation, and human-machine collaboration
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI adoption and responsible innovation deployment
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members with data-driven impact projections
- Manage $2M+ innovation portfolio and vendor ecosystem for next-gen technology incubation
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology trends and industry transformation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech leadership roles
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech implementation
- Proven track record of scaling breakthrough technologies from concept to commercialization
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Graduate Certificate) or equivalent
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
