Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) to identify strategic opportunities for 2026 market leadership
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligning R&D investments with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling next-generation solutions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and technology vendors
- Present technology strategy recommendations to executive stakeholders and boards
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory impacts to inform strategic pivots
- Mentor innovation teams and foster a culture of forward-thinking experimentation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record developing and implementing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Experience scaling technologies from concept to commercial deployment
- Executive-level communication with ability to translate complex technical concepts
- Strategic partnerships with tech ecosystems and innovation networks
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certifications in emerging technologies or strategic innovation preferred
