Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026
- Identify emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on the business
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology initiatives with business goals
- Present strategic recommendations to senior leadership and secure buy-in
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions
- Manage the annual technology budget and resource allocation for strategic projects
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the technology strategy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or a related field
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful technology strategies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, IoT, blockchain, etc.) and their business applications
