Responsibilities

- Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging tech opportunities and threats
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic technology forecasts to stakeholders with compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups to accelerate innovation
- Oversee the development of ethical frameworks for responsible AI and autonomous systems
- Manage a $5M+ innovation budget for pilot projects and strategic technology acquisitions
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or CTO-equivalent experience
- Proven track record scaling technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, blockchain, and quantum computing applications
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Strong leadership in cross-functional global teams across 3+ continents
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or futurism
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
