Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market predictions and organizational goals
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) into core business strategies
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis and technology trend forecasting for strategic decision-making
- Present visionary technology narratives to stakeholders and investors
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical technology adoption and risk mitigation
- Partner with product teams to ensure seamless integration of future technologies into customer experiences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, advanced robotics, or synthetic biology
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of global technology policy and ethical implications
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
