- Monitor geopolitical tech policies and regulatory shifts affecting 2026 adoption landscapes
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics with 10+ years in tech strategy
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent peer-reviewed journals
- Expertise in forecasting technology adoption curves using scenario modeling
