You'll drive initiatives that transform market landscapes while ensuring ethical and sustainable implementation.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify breakthrough technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Develop and present strategic technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Conduct competitive analysis and market impact assessments for emerging tech
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align technology adoption with product roadmaps
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation ROI and technology maturity
- Represent the company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior innovation specialists in emerging technology frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of implementing disruptive technologies at scale
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and strategic communication skills
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management
- Experience with agile innovation methodologies and rapid prototyping
- Published research or patents in emerging technology fields
