Responsibilities
- Lead development of 2026 technology roadmaps across AI, biotech, and quantum computing domains
- Partner with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for emerging tech disruptions
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget allocation for strategic technology experiments
- Present strategic insights to board members and external stakeholders
- Build and lead cross-functional innovation teams across global offices
- Drive adoption of ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech principles
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in executive leadership
- Proven track record of scaling transformative technologies to $100M+ impact
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, or climate tech
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience securing government grants and private funding for R&D initiatives
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism preferred
- Fluency in scenario modeling tools and strategic foresight methodologies
