Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections and industry disruptors

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify and prioritize breakthrough innovations with exponential potential
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to accelerate innovation cycles
- Translate complex technological concepts into actionable business strategies for C-suite stakeholders

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 breakthrough products/services post-2020
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their commercial applications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTE, WFS) or equivalent foresight methodology
- Experience leading global innovation teams across 3+ continents
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals (MIT Tech Review, etc.)
