Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology adoption roadmaps for quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype next-gen solutions with industry partners
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies through global research networks
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board on emerging tech opportunities
- Drive patent strategy for breakthrough innovations with our IP counsel
- Mentor innovation teams in rapid prototyping and market validation
- Represent Nexus at global tech summits and standards bodies
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Engineering with 10+ years R&D leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals on emerging tech
- Proven track record of commercializing breakthrough technologies
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum algorithms, generative AI ethics, sustainable tech
- Experience with DARPA/EU Horizon grant programs or similar innovation ecosystems
- Strategic advisory experience with Fortune 500 technology roadmaps
- Fluency in technical Mandarin or Japanese for global partnerships
