- Develop and execute the company's 2026 Technology Roadmap in alignment with business goals.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, IoT) relevant to the 2026 horizon.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to define technical vision and innovation strategies.
- Prioritize R&D initiatives based on market analysis and competitive landscape.
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, R&D, or product management.
- Proven track record of defining long-term technology roadmaps (3+ years).
- Strong understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and emerging tech trends.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
