Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business goals.
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing, Biotech integration) to forecast industry shifts.
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs to prototype and validate 2026-ready solutions.
- Identify potential risks and opportunities in the technology landscape, providing strategic recommendations to the board.
- Partner with product management to ensure technical feasibility of futuristic product features.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or senior engineering leadership.
- Proven track record of leading long-term technical roadmaps and innovation initiatives.
- Deep understanding of current and future AI paradigms, cloud architecture, and distributed systems.
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
