Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation framework aligned with market disruption opportunities
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and climate-tech integration
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven impact projections
- Mentor next-gen innovation teams through agile experimentation and rapid prototyping sprints
- Drive patent strategy and intellectual property portfolio development for 2026-era innovations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurism consulting
- Proven track record scaling exponential technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or climate tech
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTE, WFS) or equivalent strategic foresight training
- Experience presenting to executive audiences on complex technical disruption scenarios
- Publication record in technology journals or thought leadership platforms
- Mastery of strategic frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi Method) for trend analysis
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism preferred
