Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap for the 2026 timeframe, identifying key disruptive trends.
- Analyze market data to forecast emerging technologies and their potential impact on our industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to align technical vision with business goals.
- Pilot and evaluate new technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Advanced Robotics) to determine feasibility.
- Lead internal workshops to educate stakeholders on future tech capabilities.
- Manage the innovation budget and oversee vendor partnerships for experimental technologies.
- Measure the success of technology initiatives and iterate strategies based on performance data.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, specifically Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, and Predictive Analytics.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large datasets into actionable insights.
- Experience managing high-level budgets and cross-functional teams.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
- Demonstrated thought leadership through publications, speaking engagements, or patents.
