- Present future scenarios to C-suite and board for strategic decision-making
- Build and manage an innovation lab focused on 2026 industry disruption
- Represent company at Davos, CES, and other future-focused global forums
- Mentor teams in futures thinking methodologies and strategic foresight
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for emerging tech
- Expertise in AI ethics, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in innovation or foresight publications
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformation
- Proficiency in futures research tools (e.g., Delphi method, scenario planning)
- Global network of innovators and tech ecosystem influencers
