Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends and paradigm shifts relevant to 2026+ landscape
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Facilitate executive workshops on future scenarios and strategic foresight
- Establish cross-functional innovation incubators for emerging opportunities
- Quantify future market risks and competitive disruption vectors
- Build proprietary forecasting models using AI and big data analytics
- Present strategic recommendations to board stakeholders with compelling narratives
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Futures Studies, or related field
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience with AI/ML forecasting and predictive analytics platforms
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AGI)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
