Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for emerging opportunities in AI, biotech, and sustainable systems
- Establish quantitative and qualitative metrics for tracking future-readiness across 15+ industry verticals
- Present executive-level strategic briefings to C-suite and board members with actionable recommendations
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic partners
- Design and deliver immersive future-state workshops for Fortune 500 clients
- Author thought leadership publications on disruptive technologies and societal impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience translating complex insights into executive action
- PhD or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience leading teams of 10+ professionals across multiple geographies
