Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year strategic roadmaps for emerging technology domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neuro interfaces)
- Lead scenario-planning initiatives to identify disruptive opportunities and systemic risks
- Architect cross-functional innovation ecosystems with Fortune 500 partners and academic institutions
- Translate complex futures research into actionable product roadmaps and investment frameworks
- Drive organizational change management through futures-thinking workshops and executive training
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the company at global innovation forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futures consulting
- Proven track record in developing long-term technology roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, AI ethics)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology certification
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning skills
- Demonstrated ability to influence C-suite executives and drive organizational transformation
