Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026+ innovation roadmaps across technology, sustainability, and human experience domains
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive trends and emerging opportunities
- Lead cross-functional strategy sessions to align organizational objectives with future market realities
- Design and validate future scenarios using advanced forecasting methodologies and data modeling
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into corporate strategy and resource allocation
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and visual storytelling
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts
- Exceptional data modeling and visualization capabilities using tools like Tableau or Python
