- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions (metaverse, Web3, climate tech)
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic thought leaders
- Translate complex trend analysis into actionable business roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at premier global forums (World Economic Forum, TED, CES)
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi technique)
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futures research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Expertise in systems thinking, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
