Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications through 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks to anticipate market shifts and competitive threats
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future trends into actionable business strategies
- Present visionary insights to executive leadership and board members
- Design innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term organizational goals
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and identify partnership opportunities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their business applications
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or innovation strategies
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analysis software
- Strong network within global innovation and academic communities
